My practice is based on the belief that we are spiritual beings having a human experience and I use my natural gift of intuition to guide my sessions. It is my belief that we do and feel our best when we feel connected and aligned to ourselves, which is where authenticity comes in. When we are more authentic in our words, thoughts, behaviors, we can be more likely to spend our time and energy feeling more fulfilled. There are challenges in this fast-paced world that can make it tough to find our center and live a balanced life that feels authentic to who we are. We may know we need to make a change, but don't know where to start.
My purpose is to hold space for others to connect with themselves; to reflect back to them their gifts and to see more of their true selves.
“Don’t ask what the world needs. Ask what makes you come alive, and go do it. Because what the world needs is people who have come alive.”
We may find ourselves in occupations that aren't fulfilling, relationships that drain us or find ourselves dealing with pain or discomfort by self-medicating with food, alcohol or other methods of coping.
We may have painful experiences from the past that have us in places where we feel stuck, repeating unhealthy patterns. We may be experiencing anxiety or depression or experiencing health issues with no clear cause. We may know need to make a change, but don't know where to start.
My role is to hold space for you to be your authentic self and to help you discover more tools to go within and hold space for yourself. The primary goal is for you to connect more with your true self, and have your life be a reflection of this.
